I called the agency to follow-up the result of my application in Bahrain but unfortunately di ako nakapasa haaay pang ilang interview ko na ba to? na for abroad, since September of this year ayaw ko na lang bilangin nakaka depress lang din well at least may nareceive akong call from my former office mate ayun na mention nya na dumating na daw yung bonus galing sa agency na pinaggalingan namin, salamat naman at least to save my day of frustration. So after kong makuha yung balitang yon dali dali akong pumunta sa ATM sa dami ng ATM dito sa amin lahat nag offline so I decided na pumunta ng bayan para dun na lang ako magwithdraw. Habang nakapila ako sa labas ng ATM Room an old lady came to me siguro mga mid fifties sha sabi nya “hija tulungan mo naman ako di ko kasi alam kung pano mag withdraw sa ATM eh” sabi ko naman sa kanya “nay okei po sa akin pero sa susunod po mag iingat po kayo marami pong manloloko sa panahon ngayon” tapos sumagot sha “kaya nga ako lumapit sayo dahil mukha ka naman mabait” ahem! Sa loob loob ko lang. Well to make the story short ninakawan ko po yung matanda hehehe!

Animal Tails
by Audrey Thomasson

The Gift: A eulogy to animal companions waiting at the Rainbow Bridge As anyone who loves animals will tell you, in the journey from the physical world to spiritual understanding, our pets can be our best guides and teachers. Susan Wheeler and her mother, Rose Marie Entz, got a first-hand lesson from their very special cat, Bandit. Doctors gave Rose Marie 12 weeks to live. The tumor on her brain was aggressive and there was little hope. Surgery might increase her chances, but it was risky. Click here to read the whole story

Dedicated To All Secret Admirer

Frighten

by: Precious_Thang1

My knees start to shake
When you in sight
My mind filled with wonder
My heart with fright

When will this feeling stop?
When did it start?
How can I listen to my mind
Without breaking my heart

At times I try to talk to you,
But I just can't speak
My mouth drops to the floor
And my body gets weak

My feet won't budge
And my heart starts to leak
I guess it's one of those feelings
That I just can't beat

But one day, this feeling will go away
And I'll finally have the nerve to say

Hearts Desire 03
by: catonia

Everyday i see you with loving eyes
and i cant wait to hold you and make you mine
cause it's the way you look at me
the sight of you knocks me off my feet
and i wonder how i can let you know
how much you mean to me

but i have never been able to really tell you
whats on my mind
putting my feelings into verble words is impossible
let me introduce you to my heart
and maybe you'll see
exactly what you mean to me

Thinking of YOU
by: gabie

im here alone,
near the window case,
staring at nowhere,
had nothing to do,
but then on a sudden,
appears YOUR face,
how usual is it,
to think of YOU.

the day was fair,
the scene was bright,
the birds were flying,
out of my sight,
how i wish,
YOU'RE here with me to see,
to amaze, to feel,
lifes awesome scenery.

thinking of YOU,
is quite of enough,
imagining YOUR smile,
just make me laugh,
reckoning YOUR sweet voice,
how glad to hear,
my heart is rejoicing,
with lively cheer.

how happy i'll be,
if YOU only knew,
my hidden feelings,
a love that's true,
but since my feelings,
stupidly grew,
thinking of YOU,
is all i can do....

God doesn't exist Good argument..

A man went to a barber shop to have his hair and his beard cut as always.
He started to have a good conversation with the barber who attended him.
They talked about so many things and various subjects.
Suddenly, they touched the subject of God.

The barber said: "Look man, I don't believe that God exists as you say so."
"Why do you say that?" - asked the client. Well, it's so easy, you just have
to go out in the street to realize that God does not exist.
Oh, tell me, if God existed, would there be so many sick people?
Would there be abandoned children?
If God existed, there would be no suffering nor pain. I can't
think of a God who permits all of these things."

The client stopped for a moment thinking but he didn't want to respond so
as to prevent an argument. The barber finished his job and the client went
out of the shop. Just after he left the barber shop he saw a man in the
street with a long hair and beard (it seems that it had been a
long time since he had his cut and he looked so untidy).

Then the client again entered the barber shop and he said to the barber:
You know what? Barbers do not exist." "How come they don't exist?"-asked
the barber. "Well I am here and I am a barber."
"No!" - the client exclaimed. "They don't exist
because if they did there would be no people with long
hair and beard like that man who walks in the street."
"Ah, barbers do exist, what happens is that people do not come to me."

"Exactly!"- affirmed the client. "That's exactly the point. God does exist,
what happens is people don't go to Him and do not look for
Him that's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."

A Heroic Deed

DR. JOHN MANNING was bathing in the ocean at Asbury Park, when an undertow bore him out to sea. Exhausted with his vain struggles to make his way to the shore, and feeling that he would certainly perish unless relief immediately reached him, he gave loud cries for help. A St. Bernard dog, belonging to Mr. W. H. Smith, of Brooklyn, hearing his cries, and seeing his distressed condition, plunged into the water and swam out to him. Mr. Manning had just strength enough left to throw his arms about the strong neck of the dog, who brought him back to the shore and saved his life. The people on the beach were wild with their enthusiasm over the heroic deed of this animal, and gave cheer after cheer in his honor.

There are scarcely any stories of heroism among animals that so thrill the hearts of the young people, and older ones as well, as those of the rescue of lost travelers in the Alps, by the noble St. Bernard.

As we look at this dog, at his unselfishness, his life-saving instinct, we who know the value of a human life and somewhat of its destiny, ought to be more interested in the salvation of the bodies and souls of men. Many are being caught by the undertow and are being carried out to sea, and we must hasten to their rescue or they will be lost.
